A 1 hour Stand Up Paddle Boarding experience exclusive to those with a disability. Celebrating International Day for people with a disability & their carer. You'll be instructed by an ASI accredited instructor/trainer and helped by volunteers. Your carer is welcome & encouraged to help on the day. Great for first-timers or experienced paddleboarders.  Includes board & paddle.  Availability is for 1 - 16 people per session.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your experience at the SUP Shellharbour van.  Here you will sign your waiver form & we will allocate your stand up paddle boarding equipment.  We recommend swimwear with shorts & rash vest optional.  Sunscreen & a hat is also recommended.  Sunglasses may be worn & sunglass straps can be purchased at a minimum fee to help keep them on your head, although we accept no responsibility for lost sunglasses.

Life jackets are available (limited) but please advise us of your size requirement prior to the day.
